Sale or Return. We do not offer a sale or return. If you buy our drills and they arrive in a satisfactory condition(fit for purpose) and you simply "changed your mind" we do not offer refunds. However, if you bought online then you have seven working days starting from the day you received the drills to cancel. This is in line with the consumer protection(distance selling) regulation 2000. Drilling by its nature is a wear and tear excerice and you should expect a reasonable performance. However as a customer you also have a legal duty of care to look after our goods and use them in accordance with the detailed instructions we supply. Simply put if you fail to follow the instructions and destroy the drills you are not entitled to a refund. This falls into the scope of "Fit for purpose" and we can prove our diamond drill cores are indeed fit for purpose and will last a reasonable time. They come supplied with plenty of advice and warnings on how to handle and use them to gain maximum lifespan plus we have rigorous test and performance data. In accordance with the act we MUST tell you who is responsible for the return postage costs and we must specify what method. But it must not be so expensive that it would be cheaper for you to keep the order. If you have changed your mind about the drills from the moment of purchase to the seven day cooling off period after the drills have arrived and you want to return them then we ask that you notify us first and then send them by registered mail to: Returns Department: 365-Drills, 23 College Road, Hoddesdon, Herts EN119DF. You are responsible for the cost of returns.
