About Us
My name is Yvonne Bruce, and my passion for complimentary therapies, stems from using them to improve the health of my own family. I learnt first hand, what a profound difference these therapies can make to our health and resilience. With over a decade of clinical experience, working and training extensively to become, the only Complementary Therapist in Sunderland, fully qualified to offer such a diverse rang of therapies. Im extremely skilled in helping my clients explore what is going on in their lives, setting goals that can help to improve their emotional and physical well being. With just some small changes, your quality of life can be improved, no matter what your starting point is.
Along with being a Reiki Master, I am a qualified Reflexologist, Bowen Practitioner, Neuro Linguistic Programmer and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I also managed to fit in a Teaching Qualification(Cert Ed) along the way, as well as qualifying as an accredited Teacher of Mindfulness and Meditation. Each of the therapies I have trained in has given me a new skill and a different perspective, from which to view the variety of lifes challenges my clients present me with. Over the years I have gathered a large amount of knowledge and skills relating to Holistic Therapies and I would be delighted to share what I have learnt with you.
