Injury Assessment and Examination - Whether it be a sporting or recreational injury, your first appointment will include a thorough examination and assessment of your injury and how it happened. From this, treatment and rehabilitation can be planned. Injury Treatment - This may be in the form of peripheral or spinal mobilisations, sports and deep tissue massage, soft tissue techniques, or rehabilitation techniques(or a combination of any of these!), with the aim of getting you back to your sport / activity in the quickest time possible. Injury Rehabilitation - With full access to modern gym equipment and resistance machines, a sports / activity specific rehabilitation programme can be put together that will be unique to you, that your therapist can guide you through, as well as giving you exercises to continue at home between sessions. Sports / Deep Tissue Massage - Whether you are in need of a massage before / after a sporting event, as part of your treatment, or if you are just a bit stiff, your therapist will have the anatomical knowledge to leave you feeling tip top!

Establishment: Rise Sports Therapy was established in November 2011, by graduate Sports Therapist Jo Harman and has been growing ever since!

A mobile service also operates within a 15 mile radius of Petworth, West Sussex, covering as far as Chichester, Liphook, and Witley.
