Established in 1988, Vine Place sold our first Japanese import, a MR2 Turbo back in 1996 having bought it in from a local car dealer. This car prompted an interest in Japanese domestic model cars and after months of research resulted in contact being made with an agent in Japan, and numerous subsequent visits to the country followed. To this day we still have a relationship with this agent among others.

It quickly became apparent that the Nissans, Toyotas, and Subaru's on sale at Japanese auction were in far better condition and higher specification with lower miles than their UK equivalents and Vine Place quickly established themselves as one of the country's leading Japanese car import specialists.

Markets move on and over 25years later we find ourselves heavily involved in the import of Japanese domestic market MPV's, particularly Nissan Elgrand E51 and E52's, and Toyota Alphard/Vellfire models to the UK. We also have a top end camper conversion department that produces 2/3 bespoke conversions per month.

Vine Place are well respected throughout the Nissan Elgrand and Toyota Alphard community due to the high standard of preparation of our cars along with the customer aftersales service we provide. We do not by any accident or low-grade cars and are happy to share auction sheets for any of our vehicles. All mileages are guaranteed, and each car is supplied with a BIMTA mileage warranty. We provide a parts and service solution to all our customers allowing your car to be operated inexpensively on an ongoing basis.
