The business has grown over the years, not only offering specialist knowledge on all types of carpet and upholstery cleaning but also within the flexible approach to Contract Cleaning we offer our clients, to suit the needs of their business, without compromising on good service, quality or reliability. Our systems are rigourously monitored to ensure our standards are maintained at all times, via site audits and management visits. Carpet & Upholstery Restoration We only employ staff fully trained to Prochem standards in home & commercial cleaning. We only use environmetally safe cleaning products for minimum impact to the environment and your young ones and pets. We employ a five point cleaning procedure starting with a 100% no obligation survey of all of your carpeted area, followed by a thorough vaccum with rotataing brushes before pre-spraying of your carpets, this helps to loosen stains and deep ground in dirt as well as conditioning the carpet pile, all carpets are then machine scrubbed to really clean deep down into the pile before all dirt is removed via wet extraction leaving carpets dry in an average of 2 hrs.
