About Us

We pride ourselves on having a long established family run livery yard which is situated within a working farm. It's a well maintained, friendly yard with excellent facilities. We live on site, so there's always someone about keeping an eye on things with 24 / 7 security surveillance in place. We have excellent summer grazing and the farm is open for DIY Liveries, we also have our own ponies and horse for loan. We are located on the boarder of Royton / Middleton, and hacking is quiet with spectacular scenery - particularly the views of Tandlehill Country Park. For the older generation there are a few good pubs nearby as well.

Part Livery & DIY – included into stable cost: • Morning feed put in stable • Maintenance of box • Lighting faculties for stable and arenas Grass livery - include these terms: • Drinking water where necessary • Your horse will need worming before turnout starts and when turnout finishes • Security of fencing and gates, care of pasture, and rotation of horse between paddock this will be executed by the yard owner and will let you know when you need to come up and lead your horse to the next field.

Establishment: 30 years we have been established. We were one of the first livery yard in the Middleton / Royton area.

Deposit are welcome for reserving stables for a period time scale.
