About Us

Surrey Energy Management was formed by Peter Syddall in 2007, at the very beginning of the governmentÂ’s introduction of EPCÂ’s for existing residential and commercial premises.

A few years later we added the service of providing SAP calculations for new build and converted residential properties. More recently, we have chosen to concentrate solely on assisting our clients to find the best cost effective solutions to achieving Building Regulations Part L compliance, for either new build, converted or extended homes.

Based near Weybridge in Surrey, whilst our client base is mainly from the south of England, we are pleased to provide our services to projects in any part of the country.

Today we are an energy and sustainability consultancy focussed only on the UK residential construction sector and itÂ’s application of Part L of the Building Regulations. Our service is underpinned by trust, simplicity and an unwavering focus on our clients needs.
