Establishment: Established in 2009 Let Them Eat Cakes only ever use the freshest, best quality ingredients and pure dairy butter in our buttercream icing and cake recipes and never use anything but free range eggs. We never use packet cake mixes, all our cakes are baked from scratch, to order. We have tested and tweaked our recipes over and over again to bring you the very best in cake. Cake Maker and Designer Floriana Reynolds holds an advanced qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene which was granted as part of her university studies, where she graduated in Food Science & Consumer Studies. Our premises and procedures have been checked and fully approved by Sevenoaks District Council's Environmental Health Department who have awarded us with a 4 out of a possible 5 'Scores on the Doors' Food Hygiene Score. We have full public and product liability cover.
