Rocoja is owned and managed by Karin Flower who has many years’ experience working in senior administrative / secretarial / PA roles predominately within sales related industries. This has given her the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. She has also had to work in strict confidence for a number of people in the public-eye ; so complete discretion is assured. Rocoja has a fully equipped office set-up, from which to service all clients’ needs, along with administrative support and insurances in place. During those first daunting steps into the world of social media & / or blogging to gain those precious referrals and back-links' Rocoja will not charge hundreds of pounds as some media agencies are doing at the moment. Rocoja meet every potential client - this is to truly gain an understanding of your business. Within 5 days of the meeting potential clients will receive a bespoke plan detailing a range of options tailored to their business. These will be different for each business cared for; just as each person's business is different to the next. Rocoja are not a one-size–fits-all type of company and truly believe in the personal touch.
