i booked a three hour clean, agreed to change the arranged time at the last minute to accommodate the cleaner. i have no idea what the cleaner was up to in my small one bedroom flat but i know it wasnt cleaning. shambolic effort.

I worked for over 50 hassle.com clients for 4 months this year. I was treated like dirt by the non-agency they like to call themselves, because of a few clients lying about me and refusing to pay. In the end I texted the last one to express my feelings ab

Cleaner barely did anything two hours in, so I called Hassle and they told me they couldn't do anything until the cleaner had stayed the full four hours. She barely touched the sides. I called after four hours and was told I had to pat. Dishonest.

The cleaner said she would come the Sunday at a11am. At 12:00 she had still not arrived. This despite me having a conversation asking her to let me know if she was going to be late at all so that I could go out and do what I needed to do.

After a while we started noticing a number of items go missing from the property, which could only have been the cleaner. Hassle.com were totally useless about it - accepted no responsibility and didn't even get our key back from the cleaner.
