Your carpet cleaning services start with an assessment of your floor coverings to ascertain the best cleaning technique for the piece in question. We use both hot water extraction cleaning and dry cleaning processes. Hot water extraction is preferred where possible for its superior stain removal, but in the case of non-colour-fast or shrinkable carpets we'll still get excellent results with dry cleaning methods. After assessment the carpet is vacuum cleaned to remove loose dirt, and to open up the pile. Areas of staining or heavy footfall are pre-treated before the main cleaning treatment. This multi-stage approach to cleaning ensures a more even final result.
