Poor service, poor reviews should have checked before purchasing from them. They ignore you and then call back when you complain - they staff are very rude decide to argue with you when you ask questions and complain about their service! Bad company!

Would give zero out of 5 if I could. Ordered 3 engraved memorial frames, had to chase and chase when they didn't arrive, was told they "disappeared" and would be processed again. Still don't have the complete order and this is a month later. Avoid!!!
