Rodic Davidson Architects is a London architecture practice with a history of producing ground breaking architecture that's as commercially aware as it is beautiful. The architectural practice was established in Mayfair, London in August 2006 by Ben Davidson RIBA. Rodic Davidson Architects provides architectural services in a range of sectors including architecture, interior design, sustainability and development. As one of London's RIBA chartered architecture practices, they can be trusted to do excellent work on just built houses and flats, as well as refurbishment or remodeling projects. Ben Davidson, the eponymous creator of Rodic Davidson Architects, is broadly regarded as a master of negotiation. He has closed planning and development deals with a wide array of influential parties, including highly regarded London Estates. He's worked extensively with Listed Buildings; particularly within Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Camden and Hammersmith and Fulham. Ben believes passionately that a extensive commercial understanding should underpin every job and that great design can bring actual worth. Ben is a Visiting Lecturer in Architecture and has also instructed in the University of the Arts, London. Ben was the founder of bdAr Architects and Designers, which later metamorphosed into Rodic Davidson Architects. A selection of high profile projects heralded Sinisa Rodic's first-year as bdAr's Head of Design in 2007. Since then he is been involved in many more, including huge refurbishment projects in London's West End, and global planning proposals. No matter how tight a brief is, Sinisa somehow manages to extract an elegant solution every time. He puts this down to being inspired by constraint; a difficult brief drives him to make some thing genuinely innovative. Every bit of innovative work that Sinisa does is immediately inspired by the project at hand. This may be why his work previously has spanned such a huge number of distinct styles. Collecting experience across many different projects has helped Sinisa, and the practice as a whole, to formulate a culture that fosters innovation in all areas of architecture.
