My name is Mr Mark Hastings or Maz and I am the Director at Ace Designs An experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist / Designer with over 25 years working experience in the construction industry. Having worked in Chartered Architects practices most of my Architectural career, I have now started out on my own. My aim is to provide Architectural services of a high quality standard, direct to clients at prices you would not achieve if you went direct to an Architectural practice. Primarily Ace Designs are involved in residential projects for clients, however my personal experience goes way beyond the residential sector, so Ace Designs are capable of providing design solutions to other sectors as well, eg. Office, Retail, Public Houses, Restaurant, Industrial, Dentists, Pharmacy, Fit-outs and Railway structures etc. Just ask. Refer to my projects. Ace Designs can recommend a number of reliable contractors that can source. Time served tradesmen and co-ordinate an efficient build, Ace Designs can project manage & supervise the build if required. We will give you the best advice and make an assessment of the project, if the clients vision is unattainable, unaffordable or against local authority policy guidelines, we will work with you to get closer to the end goal.
