Establishment: Established since 2001, we set highly competitive prices for all our products, with a dedicated team regularly checking them against other online and high street competitors. If we find a UK national competitor offering a better nationwide price for the same product, sold with the same service conditions, we'll lower our price to match, including when a competitor has an offer on. We do have some exceptions to this policy, it’s important for us as a company to ensure that we are commercially viable and we do not sell products under what it costs us to source or manufacture, most importantly that we only compete on comparable products that are ethically sourced and sustainably sourced.
