The U.S. parent company, Trutek Corp., holds the patents and is the manufacturer and global distributor of NasalGuard gels and NasalGuard® Technology. First introduced in the US & Canada in 2003(orginally called Aller-Aid), NasalGuard gel expanded to Europe in 2005 starting with Germany, followed by UK, and Italy in 2010. In UK the product is sold as AllergieBLOCK® along with a sister product called Cold&FluBLOCK®.
