Areas we cover: The send items all over the UK through a reputable courier service. For all local deliveries we offer a free delivery or collection service.

We really hope you are happy with your order from BB & Beth, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in it’s original packaging in accordance to our 14- day return policy. In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange with you to have the order returned free of charge & replaced or refunded. If you would like to return an order because you've changed your mind we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit so we ask that you please send back any returns via a trackable service such as Royal Mail. If you decide to return your entire order to us within 7 working days of receiving it, inline with the Distance Selling Regulations we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Refunds will only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to issue all refunds within 5 working days of receipt of the item. We will email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been issued.
