About Us

Ultimate Choice Cakes is a craft bakery situated within Cafe Island making party annd wedding cakes to customers own requirements or from our portfolio of designs.

The craft baker at Ultimate Choice Cakes has been making beautiful birthday and wedding cakes for 17 years and was trained at the Birmingham College of Food. Cakes can be made from madeira, chocolate, red velvet, carrot and egg free sponges and rich fruit. Cupcakes are also available with toppings made to customers requirements. If freshcream is required this can be made from gateau base. As freshcream is not suitable for wedding cakes. a dummy wedding cake can be made to be displayed at the wedding and a freshcream gateau made for keeping in the fridge until required for the guests. Photocakes are also available.

Establishment: Ultimate Choice Cakes was established in Walsall Wood in 2008 and has now relocated to Cafe Island in Walsall.
